• Design Evaluation/Product Specification
  ETI works with its clients to develop interdisciplinary, integrated approaches to superior building performance in a highly efficient, cost-effective manner. These integrated approaches will address:

• Simulation Modeling
  ETI provides a range of computer simulation models for energy consumption, electric lighting and daylight quality, computational fluid dynamics evaluation of indoor airflows, site wind mapping and water system flow integration. These techniques are used to minimize the cost of providing superior energy performance, indoor environmental conditions and save operational costs.

• Commissioning Services
  ETI offers system commissioning for air conditioning and other building systems, as well as for integrated water systems. The benefits of commissioning include reduced energy use, lower operating costs, reduced contractor callbacks, better building documentation, improved occupant productivity, and verification that the systems perform in accordance with the owner's project requirements. • LEED Certification Management/Documentation Services
  ETI provides documentation services for projects seeking LEED® Certification. ETI will pick the appropriate green standards for the project and manage the process of securing credits and proper documentation of the project's environmental achievement for submittal to the US Green Building Council.
