To counter-balance the potentially harmful effects of poorly-planned, inefficiently managed conventional urban development, ETI's detailed Neighborhood Design Review process creates a full community evaluation. ETI provides smart growth community design assessments that promote growth, conserve resources and improve environmental quality.
